jungle book 2Call me names if you want but animals talk to me. No, you do not see their lips move but they can look at me and I know what they are thinking. When I was young I would walk down the street and dogs especially would follow me but squirrels, birds and other animals did as well, just not as long as dogs did. They talk to others too. I am not talking about Dr. Dolittle here or your fictitious characters you grew up loving. These things I am talking about really happened, believe it or not.

Animals talk, if you listen.

What an Experience. For months I have been waiting for The Jungle Book (Disney 2016) to come out. I have missed a lot of premier movies lately and I was not going to miss this one. Action-Adventure, a big awesome snake, and a bunch of weird animals.

So we went to the theater and I had mixed emotions. I have read many reviews putting down the movie that I already had a warped sense of perspective, add that to my dislike of cats, well you can imagine what I was thinking.

I have to say, if the animals did not move their lips I would have never guessed it was CGI. The first five minutes and I was hooked. Listen, I want you to forget all the bad reviews this movie is getting, It was fun, it was exciting and full of ups and downs. It was even better than the book, although we did not see much of the snake.

In my humble opinion Disney for once did a movie right. Oh and about the giant monkey everyone puts down, if you watch the movie you will understand why it is so big so 😛 to those people. I think most of the reviews just want to blab and never saw the movie in the first place. At least on my site, if my writers do a review, we saw what we are reviewing.

I give the movie a 5 out of 5 stars, and I rarely give any movie a 5. Forget what others are saying and go enjoy the movie on your own, or with your kids and grand kids, nephews and nieces. You will have fun and enjoy it, even if you don’t like cats.

    Nice review!

    • OK, I finally watched the movie and all I can say is WOW!
I have only seen parts of the original movie, even though it’s a cartoon!, so I can’t if the story is the same or not. Even so this one is believable and well thought out and in parts made me laugh and yes, sometimes cry. And as for the CGI as Remmy states is just superb. You really cannot tell if they are real animals or not. If Disney used some animatronics you really couldn’t tell as every single animal was so realistic.
Overall a very easy recommendation of BUY THIS MOVIE!

I just finished watching this movie. When I was a kid, Disney brought out the animated version. It became one of my favorite Disney movies, next to The Sword and the Stone.
The live action version is just as good. The fact that they used songs from the animated version was interesting. At first, I thought that it would distract from the movie, but I found the opposite to be true. I definitely recommend that you get this movie.
