Kill Ratio is a 2016 Action movie starring Tom Hopper who plays James Henderson, a liaison between a corporation and a newly-democratic country in Eastern Europe. His boss is attempting to set-up a contract and is about to close the deal when there is a military coup trying to depose the newly elected president.

The movie is based solely inside the hotel where the contracts were supposed to be finalized and starts off a little bit slow but quickly gathers pace when the coup begins. There are some scenes that are particularly gruesome and bloody and some scenes of nudity that are handled well.

The acting is believable, and the storyline is realistic and whilst I did enjoy the movie, I found the continuity to be poor probably because of a limited budget? Some scenes when guns are being fired are particularly poor.

If you get an opportunity to watch it is worth it but not going to be one added to my collection. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Although I did not see the guns misfire I agree with Paul on the rest of the movie!

Good review but I’m a bit fussy when it comes down to action films. I may watch it but it won’t be at the top of my ” need to watch” list. I like a bit of humor along with the action like in Red(s), the Tremors series, and Lord of War.
