paul smirkMy brother was, and sometimes still is, a complete pain in the backside and used to annoy me a whole lot when we were younger. When he had his friend over it was even worse, and they used to annoy me even more when I was trying to do things or play games. Don’t get me wrong they weren’t nasty just annoying and I needed to get back at them so me and Remmy came up with a plan!

We needed something that would show that if you wanted to mess with me be prepared to suffer the consequences, but it also had to be funny and make them think at the same time.

When they were asleep I went into their bedroom very quietly with a spray bottle. I carefully climbed onto the bed, so as not to wake them, and stood over them with the spray bottle in my hand. I was naked, which was usual, and started to spray them as they were sound asleep. I continued spraying them both until woke from their sleep. As they woke up bleary eyed they saw me standing there, willy in hand, laughing at them.

You can imagine their reaction as they jumped out of bed, thinking they were covered in pee, and ran into the bathroom screaming and shouting. I ran back to my bedroom, threw the sprayer under my bed, and pretended to be asleep. My dad obviously heard the noise and came looking to see what the matter was.  When he came to look I denied everything. of course, and as I had only sprayed tap water the bed was dry when he investigated.

Strangely enough they didn’t seem to bother me for a while after that.

I remember the days – so much fun. Paul wouldn’t let me pick on his brother until his brother put Paul’s hand in warm water, then the war began, since then Paul has won hands down!

Of course pushing him downstairs might have helped 😉

Remmy will know what I mean by that – and no I didn’t!

The prank was hilarious. I can just imagine their thoughts being awaken like that and seeing you standing over them. Also makes me wonder what your dad thought.

I imagine that he thought thought the two were horsing around and got into the shower, blaming it all on Paul peeing on them. How absurd, Paul was a goody two shoes since we were little. Never even missed a day of school when he was sick and even after going to the hospital several times for broken this or that he went to school the next day.

Now it is not fair to me, but over the years his dad decided *I* was the mastermind for all the pranks and Paul was so INNOCENT and I put him up to everything… can you imagine that? The guilty party gets away scott free and I still get the blame to this day!

I suspect Paul’s dad was right. I think Paul was quite innocent until he met the mastermind of practical jokes. Just sayin’.
