Do you ever get tired of remakes of monsters in space killing an entire crew? It gets boring. At first I was bored as I watched Life. A new daddy on the ship, the pretty girls the deadly catastrophes, all seemed so much like other movies. Yet, I continued to watch, and I am happy I did. I think the writing could have been much better, but the acting was fine for what they had to work with.

The directing, CGI and photography were great, however nothing actually made me jump until the end. This is a movie you have to see, just for the ending of it, and maybe you will realize how fragile we are. In reality of the movie, the alien looks like it could be an angel.

Yes there are scenes that could have been taken from other movies and probably were. There is nothing I can say however that will prepare you for the nightmare you are about to witness. Watch it, enjoy it for what it is.

I rate this movie 3.5 stars.

You know that can you used to kick when you were little? Something is growing inside it this very minute, and it is coming after you and yours.

The trailer makes it seem good but I don’t know if I want to spend money just to be scared at the end. I’ll watch it if I can see it for free.

That looks like my kind of movie, as I don’t mind scary ones as long as they are not based on this planet 😛
As you said, it probably has been copied from other movies, but the effects look cool and I want to watch it.

Nice teaser for your new book too!

Thanks for the heads up. Like Steven, I don’t think I want to sit through a whole movie just for the ending.
