Remmy has been after me for forever to do a post about my awesome Remmy Meggs coffee cup. Although this post is late in coming, I do love that mug. It’s one of my favorites.
If you are a coffee drinker, then you know that we all have preferences when it comes to our regular or favorite coffee mugs. My Grapes of Rome mug is the perfect size for my morning coffee and I love the black interior because often times white coffee cups get stained on the inside from the oils in the coffee. Plus the black interior gives it a sleek look.
So, anyway, when it comes to coffee mugs, size is important. Yes, I said size is important. For espresso, you want a tiny little cup since the coffee is uber strong and it tends to get a bit thick once it cools off, not very pleasing to the palate at all. The usual eight-ounce coffee cups are just not big enough if you are a serious morning coffee drinker. My Grapes of Rome coffee mug is just the perfect size for 12 ounces, 15 ounces total volume, of piping hot Starbucks Dark French Roast, which is the perfect serving size for me.
And the best part is that on the days when I don’t get to visit with Remmy, I still get to have my morning coffee with my friend.
