The Package is an August 2018 comedy about a group of friends who go on a spring break camping trip after one of them returns from Germany. After an unfortunate accident, the group has 12 hours to return The Package. As is usual with a Netflix movie, the actors are not well known but all carry their parts well and the storyline is certainly something that is unique, to say the least. I don’t want to spoil the plot in any way but if you want to spend 90 minutes laughing at crude jokes and innuendos then this is the movie for you. There were, however, some parts that were definitely over the top and could have been omitted and the language could have also been dumbed down a little, but as I am writing this I am laughing again just thinking about certain scenes which are the sign of a good comedy movie. Overall, I would rate this 4 out of 5.

This is sorta like looking at a Salvatore Dali painting odd, ridiculous, but enjoyable. Way too foul for me, I won’t watch it again, but it was different. Think National Lampoon where you need to get a package home safe. It just does not happen. 3.5 just for the audacity of making this film!

For a 90 minute movie dwelling on a flood of foul jokes, I had a difficult time finding much humor in this movie. Some scenes were predictable, while others might have tried to create sympathy for the characters and failed.
I would only give this 3 stars and that’s being generous.
